If you paid all amount of transfer as round trip at the arrival and would like to cancel the return transfer, you won't have any trouble. We refound 100% of your payment up to 10 hours. For the cancellation less then 10 hours, we check the vehicle status of your booking, if we did not arrange your vehicle, even in this case, we refound %100 less then 10 hours. if we arranged already your transfer and send the driver to your hotel or pick up point, it won't be refundable but for the next booking, you will get a discount .
